By selecting "I Agree" below and in consideration of SocialPropaganda.com evaluating your Type Tee Slogan (hereinafter the "Slogan") for its possible use on Clothing, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Type Tee Slogan Submission Terms and Conditions"):

If your Slogan is selected for use by SocialPropaganda.com, you acknowledge that you assign to skinnyCorp LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively "SocialPropaganda.com") the entire right, title, and interest in and to the copyright in your Slogan including the right to sue for past infringement and the right to further sublicense the Slogan, for its sole and exclusive use on and in connection with Clothing.

If your Slogan is selected, SocialPropaganda.com may use your Slogan in any manner on or in connection with Clothing, including but not limited to: reproducing the Slogan on Clothing, selling Clothing bearing the Slogan, changing the Slogan by reworking the Slogan or making word changes or additions, making derivative works of the Slogan, using the Slogan on the SocialPropaganda.com website and on promotional material for SocialPropaganda.com, and/or registering the Slogan with the US Copyright Office in the name of SkinnyCorp LLC as the Claimant, and you as the Author. You agree to provide SocialPropaganda.com with minimal information as may be required in order to register the copyright in the Slogan if SocialPropaganda.com so requests, at no cost.

If your Slogan is selected, you may not use the Slogan (or derivatives of the Slogan) or allow others to use the Slogan (or derivatives of the Slogan) on Clothing. In addition, by submitting your Slogan, you may not reproduce, sell, or submit the Slogan to others for any commercial purpose for ninety (90) days after the Slogan has been submitted to SocialPropaganda.com. Once the ninety (90) days have passed, if your Slogan is not chosen for print by SocialPropaganda.com, you are free to use the Slogan for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. However if your Slogan is used elsewhere, you must notify SocialPropaganda.com by email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it about where and when the Slogan will be used, so that it can be removed from the SocialPropaganda.com website at that time. In addition, if the Slogan is used or reproduced for commercial purposes elsewhere, you cannot use the SocialPropaganda.com blogs to promote the Slogan or the company using the Slogan. You further agree not to use the SocialPropaganda.com blogs to promote the products and services of any company that operates in competition with SocialPropaganda.com. SocialPropaganda.com reserves the right to choose your Slogan after the (90) days have passed, on the condition that the Slogan has not been used for commercial purposes on Clothing.

You acknowledge that the Slogan you are assigning to SocialPropaganda.com is your own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which SocialPropaganda.com in its sole discretion, deems to be profane or offensive.

If your Slogan is selected, you will receive: $200 cash and 2 free copy of your shirt. SocialPropaganda.com reserves the right to change these payment terms at any time, by posting them on the SocialPropaganda.com website, and changes will be effective upon posting. Payment will be based on the terms in effect when your Slogan is selected. You alone will be responsible for the payment of any tax liabilities related to you receiving payment from SocialPropaganda.com. Payment will be made within ninety (90) days after notification by SocialPropaganda.com.

Participants, who in the opinion of SocialPropaganda.com, do not comply with these Type Tee Slogan Terms & Conditions, or for any other reason at SocialPropaganda.com"s sole discretion, can at any time be excluded from consideration without notice, and/or have their Type Tee Slogan submission removed from the SocialPropaganda.com website.

The decisions of SocialPropaganda.com are final and binding.
